The VPN won't connect

Check that you have internet access without the VPN.
The server may be briefly offline for maintenance; try again in a few minutes.
Close and reopen the app. On iPhone, make sure you allowed the VPN configuration when asked.

USA VPN includes a 3-day free trial; after that a monthly or yearly subscription is required.
Subscribed on a new phone or after reinstalling? Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases.
Cancel anytime: iPhone — Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android — Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
